• A FREE 15-minute phone consultation to help determine if Dr. Cote is the right fit for you.

  • After the 15-minute phone call, you can then decide if you would like to schedule an initial intake session with Dr. Cote.

    • It is okay if we are not a perfect match because therapy is not a one size fits all. I highly encourage clients to do the 15-minute consultation call. I want you to be comfortable and be able to be your authentic self while truly enjoying this therapeutic journey.
